CNViewer is designed to compare the copy number (CN state) and loss of heterozygosity (LOH) data from Affymetrix SNP 6.0 microarrays between affected and unaffected members of a pedigree.
A “walk-through” explanation, with screenshots, of how to use CNViewer:
The download page currently offers a preview version of the CNViewer program and some sample data files, used in the examples shown in the online Guide.
CNViewer has been written by Ian Carr. It is still undergoing testing, and any feedback on its features or performance would be very welcome.
